Cannot find file to uninstall PSO2

I'm trying to uninstall PSO2 but cannot find the uninstall file in the PSO2 folder and it does not show up in add/remove program. From what I've read there is suppose to be an uninstall file in my PSO2 folder so I'm not sure why its not there. Is there a way to uninstall via the tweaker? Or to get back the uninstall file?

If you used the Tweaker to install, just delete the game folder.
