PSO2 Salon Tool

Consider it a replacement for the old race conversion tool. This one supports the old salon formats as well with plans to eventually support .cml.

It can also fix the problems with height errors in NA, though it will not bypass those limits.

Thank you for this tool! Now to fix my Newman...

Made an update to this; it now opens all known variants of .cml in addition to opening and saving .cml and salon files.
Also fixed some issues regarding accessory sliders and deuman eyes.
