WinHTTP Error:12002 [No.103] while downloading the game

I am just now downloading the game for the first time and I get that error in the title when it was almost done then I tried again and I was like halfway done I did some research and I turned off my fire wall and got hot spot shield which is supposed to help with this I guess do I just keep trying till I get it fully downloaded will it just take some luck sorry for bad grammar im just in a hurry to figure this out plz help thanks for reading this and it says had trouble downloading most recent version or something like that
