For those that have this error. simply reset your password, make sure your username is correct and keep loging into the game. eventually it will ask you to put a confirmation code into the game that they sent to your email. if you dont get that then keep trying and always check to see if the servers aernt down ( cuz that can be athing sometime). this all has worked for me i hope this gets out to the pplz who like my self dont wanna lose all their sht.
