PSO2 not responding/crashing

Hi guys, I am experiencing constant pso2 freezing (not responding) and sometimes crashing (computer stops responding completely and make loud noises). I have read and tried many different solution posted on the forums and to no avail.

My spec is:
Intel core I7-2600 3.4Ghz
NVIDIA Gtx 770
700 Watt PSU
8GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

I have tried the following:
Uninstall anti-virus (AVAST)
Turned off firewall
Dusted the box
Change the graphic setting to low
Updated the drivers

and some other attempts I can't recall. Sometimes the game will just freeze and I need to close it, but sometimes it will completely crash and I had to manually re-start the computer. If it completely crashes, the next time I fired up I will see a GameGuard log telling me the error, and then I have to delete the GG folder and let it re-download the files.

I understand there are quite some players with similar problem and I have tried the all the solutions that I can find. Any help would be appreciate it.
