Need help getting SEGA's RSA public keys

Hello all,

I'm in the middle of creating my own proxy server and I need help getting SEGA's RSA public keys, I tried this:

But no avail, Segakey.blob won't show up.

Can anyone help me on this? At least confirmed that the method above is still working.

probably it doesn't work since the new plugin system, but it might work if you move the dll into plugin folder instead

The tweaker way didn't work.

The dll way works, only with original launcher. Not tweaker. After full file check.
