Sign in at https://gw.sega.jp/gw/login/ and beat the CAPTCHA boss using Google Translate's drawing tool.
Once signed in, click the button on the right that has the picture of an ID on it.
You'll be asked to verify your account in some way. I always go for my birthday (which should be the third option in the dropdown box. You'll also need to enter your account's current email address in the text box below below.
Once you've verified access, scroll down on the page until you see your account's current email address. Click the button directly below it.
From there, enter the new email address in the two text boxes.
