Tweaker continually tells me it cant be accessed/dont have permission

Heyyy yall im sorry if this is an obvious one. Ive tried moving files around everywhere running as admin, uninstalling and reinstalling pso2 but no matter what tweaker nor the intaller will open, i ALWAYS get the message that "windows cannot acces specified path,, etc, or 'i dont have privileges' which I absolutely do. I tried having pso2 and the tweaker set up exactly as the guide dictates, folder paths and everything but I 100% get that windows error message preventing me from so much as opening it

You might be better off going directly to the pso2 discord channel for help as the team rarely checks for issues here.
