on topic, can you give us your system specs? you know, OS, RAM, CPU, Video card+^_^+
I seem to be having the same problem. ive already set all my sliders, shader, etc to minimum. here's my specs:
Windows 7, service pack 1
Intel i5-2410M CPU @ 2.3 GHz
6GB of RAM
64-bit operating system
and a radeon graphics card.
In the launcher choose the second option and set the slider to 1. Worked for me.
