Just found one today when I was trying to get a Gratia.
Decalog? Gratia? Huh?
They are blue burst items. Decalog should have a really low Shifta and Deband, I think around level 3, so it's really not worth using.
I was trying to get a Gratia.
I believe it it exactly Level 6.
S-Red Blades are Level 3.
But of course... only Force can equip Decalog... so it's useless for spamming it's special.
