Trouble Ripping Models

Not sure if it's still possible, but I've been trying to rip the Starlight Base for a while now. I've seen some people have success with Ninja Ripper, and while it works for me in other games, it's not working out with PSO2. I've tried 3D Ripper DX but unfortunately it just doesn't launch. deICEr might work the best for me but I don't know which file contains Starlight. You guys would be saints if you could help me out. And hey, if it's not possible anymore then at least I can stop racking my brain trying to figure it out. Thanks in advance!
