I Just don't get it. even with my mag maxed out synchro120%, i still never get to charge out my PB. I only used the thing once in 70 hours of gaming!!! i suppose this is becuase my health is so low 145 HP, and i keep going back to pioneer 2 to sell iems all the time and so it never fully charges. so is the PB thing just for hunters with major high HP who can take loads of damage and charge it up? if so the isn't my lvl28 force getting a bad deal?

you can charge your PB with a certain amout of damage you do. I dont know what it is but its about 70+ damage. I have about 95% sync and it charges pretty quickly.
