Need help applying the English patch for PS NOVA

Hi there folks, it's been a while,

I haven't been playing PSO2 since May of last year and I have no intention so far of returning, but I had planned to start playing PS NOVA this year. That decision couldn't have come at a better time since a patch was released to translate the menus in English.

My PSTV is hacked with Henkaku and I placed Nova_EnglishPatch_9_20_2016_v001a.cpk file in ux0:/patch/PCSG00351 and I've also placed a sce_sys folder in that PCSG00351 folder with the param.sfo file in it. When I insert my PS NOVA card and try to lunch the game, I get an error (sorry, forgot to take a screenshot).

I didn't update the game, so I was expecting for it to at launch with the basic game, but no go.

Any ideas?

I don't know much about installing the patch, but the C2-12828-1 error is signifying corruption on the memory card. Something somewhere corrupted.
