Black Screen after start (picture doesnt launch)

Hello dear Arks Members...im kinda new ...sry really if i bring forth the same question ._.

My problem is as follows:
I have installed the ps2en version, and have installed as well as the story patch as also the en patch.
Problem is that after i launch the game, it wont load and im stuck at my screen loading but the background music loads and plays perfectly fine.....

I went through so much tries and even got a stupid program called hotspot shield which didnt work (stupid fix video) but well unsuccesful as before.

I then tried to update the whole client in japanese and it worked perfectly fine..so i done something wrong with my en files i suppose....can someone help me what happened and how to fix it? it really gets frustrating as hell....


and another question, i have choosen in the chara creation the ,,wasd'' keyboard configuration. Funny thing is, whenever it tells me to go with wasd...i write in the chat..

Please help me...i appreciate any advice.
