No sound or music in PSO2

Hey there,

So I just formatted my computer and reinstalled Win10 1809 from scratch. My games are on separate driver, so after opening the Tweaker, I just pointed it to the PSO2 Bin directory and let it do it's thing. Problem now is that PSO2 has no in-game sound or music. None of the settings for sound in the Tweaker or official launcher are turned off. The Windows sound mixer is not even showing PSO2 as a program that would produce any sound. Any idea what's going on here?

PSO2 requires DirectX9 files that are not automatically installed or native to Windows 10.

No need, now I remember why I have this old DX setup in my backup files, I keep forgetting how old PSO2 is. Thanks.
