Can someone please help me with this. I did my account and my son's account exactly the same way when getting Sega ID and connecting it on PS4. Mine worked and I got the email with the ALL CAPS code to enter, but did NOT for his, we get 702.

Now we are getting this message...
Error 702 is common for new PS4 players. It means you haven't registered your ID yet. Register your ID here: https://mcha.isao.net/profile_oem/OE...pso2&p_siteno=
Log onto the Sega website (the isao thing) and complete that before coming back.
Your image in your second post is basically telling you about creating a new Player ID. Each Player ID is unique, so if you choose something already taken, you'll get an error. Input the ID you want and continue.
