Here's the English translation of quite an amazing tool! It was created by some seemingly nameless JP person (We literally cannot find the creator's information anywhere). It was translated by Zirren & and modified by myself.

not fully sure I've grasped the technique of copy and pasting.

So I'm gonna assume the creator made that because "ehn, what the heck"

Otherwise being able to make Symbols should be way easier without having to squint at a tiny-ass box on a potentially laggy game that burns RAM like crazy. : O
