PSO2 Vita - full size?

Hey everyone.

I have got myself a second vita, and as such, I'm turning it into my JP account vita.

My question is this. I know that PSO2 Download is 3GB to download. How much bigger will it get when it patches? As I only have a 4GB men card at the moment, as anything bigger is either a rip off or like gold dust.

its about 3gb for the base game then 8.5gb patch.

Does it need to patch for it to initially work?

Yes otherwise it wont load up the game as the 3gb download is only ver. 1 of the game. I'd recommend getting a 16gb memory card if you can.
