All character files already converted can be found here: FIXED HEIGHT or ORIGINAL HEIGHT. To find the npc, look on this SHEET, or this TEXT FILE. Search for the NPC name and look at the file name.
Example: Zeno would be npc_01.
Here is a link to the guide on how to extract the NPCs yourself: GUIDE

np_npc_672_20th.mnp = Kireek (I don't know why he is a newman)
np_npc_671_20th.mhp = Ash
np_npc_299_20th.mhp = Flowen
np_npc_298_20th.fhp = Rico
