im really anxious to know
from what i've heard, everyone can find them, just different ID's use different ones. i've only found one site that tells you what cells do what, and if you want it, i could post it, but it's french.. (it has the name of the cell, and a pic, and what section id (a or b, or what stats need what, etc)

v2 cells????? well 3 of them are useless, sonic team should put a quest for them... but so far they didn't.
Then there are the console mags cell.
Every ID can find sound source fm from pal rappies.
Then sh2 and parts of 68000 is findable from nanodragon, the one you get depends on ID.
The others, the ones for dreamcast are incredibly super rare.
I actually met someone that found the modem once. Course, the problem is that you need like what, 6 different mag cells to eventually get the Dreamcast mag? Talk about impossible.
yeah you need the saturn and then, modem, sh4 and power vr.
