Looked for multiple threads on the site, couldn't find anything on this. My appologies if I'm not familiar with "where to" report people. Anywho...
Went to a person's room today, they had 8 stacks of all S+10's, one stack of 79 also. They had multiple 10/10's out the A** not to mention over half the items in the shop were 50% elements. Now I could be wrong, but even if that person bought those, it is an offense and can be banneable, correct? Someone help me out here.

what platform are you on? I play on 360 and see stacks like that all the time. However if its expoiting a glitch I see nothing wrong with that its not like using a cheat device, its only frustrating that I don't know how to do it :[
