Berilad/Formal Dress

I'm looking to get my hands on a Formal Dress (this one http://www.pso-world.com/psu/items/1043/7364-m.jpg) for my friend, or 20 Berilad in order to trade for the dress in the Clothes And Parts mission.

I'm not sure how much the items in question are worth, but I have about 5 million meseta and a Madam Brella and I'd be willing to part with either of those for the Berilad or dress.

I'm also looking for a Vish Diraga or some good HP restoring units, but I imagine those are worth alot more then I can afford. Also I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

I will give you 20 mil. If there are any dresses of that color, that should be enough to cover it.
