Mag evolution with 1 stat

I'm currently building a 50/0/0/150 Sato mag for my FOnewearl. I was wondering how does it evolve with only one of the 3 stats having levels in it. (Pow, dex and mind)

I'm trying to figure out which PB's I will have. I'm guessing that it will count partial levels and go with the higher one of the two to choose the next evolution. Like say I have 15/0.20/0.70/35 it would take the Mind>Dex>Pow route. But I'm not sure and would like to know. I've searched around but was unable to find anything to answer my question.

My current plan on evlolution is Kalki-->Vayu-->Ushasu-->Sato

Since feeding it will be so tedious I wanted to get everything straight and not get any upleasent suprises.

EDIT: I feel like an ass. Just noticed the sticky at the top pertaining to this. (I looked at them before and didn't see it! I swear) Anyway, sorry for the bother. Delete this if need be or leave it up and laugh at my stupidity! LOL.
