PSU character Avatars?

Ive seen alot of folks on threads who have nifty PSU character Avatars. How did you all get those? Are they individually custom made? Is there someone out there with a program or website for that, or what?

You go to the User CP above and go to Edit Avatar or something like that. There's a drop-down menu that gives you different sections of avatars.
