PSO ver2: highest % on weapons you've seen?

I always thought that the highest % you could get on DC PSO ver2 was 50%. But couple weeks back I got a stag cutlery 45% dark, 55% after tekking. Now I think that maybe the highest % could be 60%: the game can give up to 50% and the tekker adds 10%. So have anybody else seen higher than 50%? This was found offline.

In PSU offline story mode the highest % you could get was 80%, so I wonder if maybe that's actually the highest % in PSO ver2, but it's very rare with like a 1/1,000,000 drop rate.
