That's up to you, but I found the previous ones were decent, but they're active. Meaning you have to monitor whether or not the chip's still running in long fights. (Feels like Active chips are a liability in Nightmare tower if they run out of steam)
Isn't falclaw a support? Just trying to weigh my options for other frames.
I looked at some of the other seraphy chips but they're all lower %s so I'm not convinced on those
Falclaw is passive, and unlike other chips of its class, it works on both regular attacks as well as PAs.
according to the japanese wiki, it's ~291% non-SP, so yeah that's a huge increase
I'm having a hard time quantifying the 4th anniversary iOS chip, though -- it says it's based on all attributes, and based on the notes that follow it seems it's a sum of all the combined elements multiplied by the factor of the # of chip elements?
Or am I wrong?
with these two chips I managed to get a solid 350k on the evaluation thing using double cannon, so that's a plus, I suppose.

Its not a good chip imo. Too weak.
Yeah, I saw that. I don't know, maybe the upcoming chips will be good heck if i know.
Maybe summer vacation? I cant recall that many good chips being released until then.
New chips revealed on site, Afin and Fornis Ogend do pretty much the same thing, though Fornis is a support chip:
If enemy weak to lightning, damage increased based on lightning chips? Also increase to max lightning attribute. Presuming Afin is stronger due to 12★ v. 11★ in terms of % scaling.
The seiga chip is active and based on the description, it's E+H frames? Kind of underwhelming if so.
Increased damage for effect 1, darkness weapon equipped = higher damage for effect 2, increased dark attribute for effect 3.
