i suppose this is old news, but i found a delsabers arm offline normal ruins... i wondered how rare this is and how i use it.. i kinda remember that i have to redo a quest and give it to the doc...

depends on what you call a rare!
i find that doing the 'doc's secret weapon' quest on NORMAL! gets me a random matieral every single time i play! hows that for cool!

i hear that one great way to get exp. if you can stand the boredom is to do the hildebear quest in the forest... if you go talk to the lil hildebear, then 3 more appear round the corner, evry time...
