My idea of legit is this:

1.) No duping.
2.) No hacking.
3.) No using dupes, or items that could even possibly be dupes, so online that's pretty much no trading unless you're trading with some1...

I'd say that it's perfectly fine to protect your items, but you should really go about it in another way. I'd tell you to dupe before you hack, but only dupe to make back-ups on another memory card,...

To Superguppie: First off, I agree with you on the exp. hogging thing. It's an ass hole thing, nothing else. Now then, the grey wasn't supposed to mean legit or not, although it kind of was, I guess....

VioletSkye is totally correct. It won't mess up your game. And if every single thing is at 100%, it's hacked. If only 3 or less are, then it's most likely duped. Just a question of ethics.
