Hmmm, I was there when PSO first came out on the Dreamcast and I'm trying real hard to think of big crap that was locked on Version 1. I can't think of much besides a few weapons that were banned for...

I've personally seen far worse than an 1 or 2 month time diff between JP/USA and EU release to get upset about this situation with PSU. ST and many other game companies have done far worse, going...
