No, vita doesnt have cfw. I had a cfw on my ps3 which was banned.

And I was only browsing the psn store anyway. I rarely if ever went online with it which was like 3-5 times a year or so.

Pretty much my old psn id is perma-banned (due to cfw) and I cant use it anymore.
I've asked multiple times with pso2 sega but they still wouldnt unlink them. anyone have any ideas?

i think i did it about 6-8 times or something and they still would not unlink it.

Was able to at least get to lvl 12 so i can get the wep and fun. Didnt really like the hat or collar though so no biggie. Grinded from lvl 2 to 8 in about 3 or so hours then 8 to 12 in about 6 or...

If you are looking for a laptop that can play pso2 at max settings, you are going to be looking for a laptop that is at least in the 1.5K+ range...
