When grinding I usually go for following with good results

0->2 any grinder 1-5
2->4 +5/6 Grinder
4->6 +7/8 Grinder
6->7 +8 Grinder
7->8 +9 Grinder
8->10 +10 Grinder

But no +8 grinders...

I made a living out of Grinding B weopons to +6. Using 2x +1 B grinders and 4x +8 b grinders you get to +6 roughtly 50% of the time.

I also made 4 Brahoh and 1 blaster to +10. Bought 6 blaster...
