Shock stops Delsaban Megid, period. Not sure about Silence, I seem to have a bitch of a time getting it to stick on them. Trust me, I've probably done 20 or so S rank runs with a Plasma Shotgun...

After one of the updates it apparently became much harder to get higher +'s. I have yet to get anything above a 7 for a while now, and I used to get 7's and 8's fairly regularly with B rank.

I usually sell mine for 3 or 3.5k. If people are getting away with selling them for 10k, then that's what the market will bear, at least for now. Now if you want messed up, I was looking for...
