Seraphy [Excellent] needs 360 registered chips to get full effect on non-SP so I'd definitely grab Nyoibou instead.

Seraphy [New Year] is +80%/+90% damage for 60 seconds after release according to swiki, looks good imo.


Also swiki says Nyaboi chip gives +44%/+55% atk at Lv1, so it would be like +80%/+100% at...
