But the HP recovery only work if you keep using it for 40s (meaning you can't change your weapon or the counter will go back to 0).

Well, unless there is more Elec weak enemy, not just new map or UQ but rather a whole new EQ gear toward it, i don't think Bolt/Elec tree is necessary.
