I'd just get it to +20, 50 ele and decent affixes. It's still good to restore HP for PK and makes it easier to stay alive against Apos' homing WB bullshit and Luther's final phase.

Should've not tekked it now. We're getting element boosts with EP3, so you could've tekked it as 50 ele if you had waited.
