Sometimes my translation toggles off. And when I'm copying and pasting things, the system says my exp and tri boosts have expired. What to do?

I just installed the game on another computer and when I launch from the tweaker it won't launch, it just gives me this error:

Now PSO2 program is just shutting down

When I load PSO2 from the tweaker the title screen is all glitchy, like the graphics dont have words just colored boxes. Haven't done anything else to the tweaker besides update the english patch...
