Had the same problem earlier.
1st update: The text were all in Japanese, so I restarted the game.
2nd update: Re-installed every patches; black screen after the intro.
3rd update: Downloaded and...

Especially the part where they simply changed existing terms to their own liking.

Thanks, guess I'll stick with the 9* options for now. Anyway is anyone else lagging badly in the game, or it's just me?
