Bit confused on how Fornis Wand works. Does it proc weak stance? Is it even worth using on fire/lightning enemies if it doesn't?

Doesn't count since they cannot drop the items once it reaches 100% anyway. Other TAs do count if the level is reached though. Just Harkotan doesnt.

Yes, it combines the two attributes together and then your ele change item takes effect afterwards.

They are basically the same on every ship, give or take a mil or two at times.

With a good 13* you can get away with Break stance specs and it would beat most(any?) 12*-under that use element stance even on non-breakables.

That's correct, unfortunately. Sometimes only a few weapon types get selected for new series of weapons.

Those are mag devices for the "default" lv.100 mags. So now we can get the more rarely used mags like the bird/owl without having weird, non-pure atk mags.
