Since the last maintenance, I've been unable to use numpad for weapon switching. Before, pressing 1 would switch to weapon slot 1. Now, it brings up the quick menu.

I'm not sure if the boots are different, but with the other zieg weapons you can repeat the quest. Complete the quest with other weapons, turn them into zieg for tokens and make another jet boot....
