They're 3500 Challenge Miles from the CM2 shop or 50 2016 Gold Badges from Xie's shop. IIRC the CM2 shop is unlocked after completing mission 3 of the Decision Challenge Quest.

Edit: There isn't a title that gives 20 Caligulas. There are rewards that give 5,15, and 30 Caligulas for completing the Profound Darkness EQ 1, 10, and 30 times.

From Swiki page I believe it's 30% additional PP recovery on hit and 10% dmg increase when PP is 30% or higher at potential 3.

TMGs, Talis, and Wand seem like the most viable to me.

Arks Level 3 may also have played a part into the Double + Profound Darkness run.

I've gotten 10-12* egg drops as Fo/Te and Ra/Hu so far. I assume 13*s should drop as well.
