The way the shop works is not "exchange these items agaisnt something". it's "I want this item through an exchange with this item". Which means you have to look into the listed options in the store...

It was a ong time ago but I think I recall you need to grind them out for Zieg to give the charms. Better try it out as soon as you get the weapons, maybe you don't need the grind anymore.
