So the only way to do zieg weekly COs now on a new character is to complete EP1 and EP2 first? thats pretty dumb

How do I skip straight to EP3 matterboard? I only have 1-1 available from the matterboards and Xian / Xiao aren't there for a cutscene. I made a new character and can't seem to remember how I started...

A friend of mine has 6...although he might have done something shady to get that many I have no idea.
