In my case it's more that I have no money, as opposed to being unwilling to pay.
And yeah there's a bunch of storyline quests but you aren't pushed very hard to do them.

It's pretty short right now, there's only two acts, which restart at a harder difficulty when beaten. o3o

How about the fact that I can raise monsters as specters which retain their original skills?
For example... if I raise one of the leader monkey things in the jungle, it uses a shout that gives...

Some of the other keystone skills include one that disables all of your critical hits, but makes it so you can never miss. Another makes all of your physical damage into fire damage, but you lose all...

Those are mostly passive skills. You equip actual attack skills in slots in your gear (the gems can be freely removed and replaced) whereas the grid is more... passive skills and such. Some are just...

Path of Exile, actually.

I kinda wandered away from Vindictus... I think once it hit the point that I realized there's nothing to do but run the same 2-3 missions over and over to gain levels, then unlock one new one, then...
