I do believe you press the up or down directional button.

Is there a way to lower settings so it'll possibly run faster?
EDIT:
Because it's all in JP and all I did on the old benchmark was twiddled with some settings and it got a little better

I must ask, why are the buttons at the mid-bottom of the screen X and Y styled like the Xbox 360 controller? Blue X, and Yellow Y?
