I have a problem with "display the chat translator always on top of other windows". my taskbar also on top of other windows too
it only happens with the windows 10...

try right click -> "run as admin"
win 10 here, working fine

try translation instead of transliteration, it fixed for me though

got the same problem too, hope it will be fix soon. great software
