This may be a bit misleading. You do initially need the internet, but after that, you can be offline. This will help those that don't have internet at home or those that will be left without internet...

Have level caps to fights. Each chunk will only allow levels in that range to fight other players in that range, unless you are part of a party, then the level caps would be off....

The database is severely inaccurate. It mostly gives the online location, and has grinding rates that are really off for the offline version. I only use it for the picture and the offline locations...
