Everything except the Setsuko's skillet(?) are unobtainable at the moment. When these weapons are released on PSU, they will probably be available in a future DLC mission on the JP version.

I know, it was a pain for me trying to get a Har/Quick and I gave up after about 10+ runs. But for some reason when I had finished a mission, I found it sitting in my inventory. I was like....eh?

I haven't, but the method behind it has been proven to work.

The scaling of weapon stats are much much greater than the ones in PSU, not sure if its like that in PSU offline as I have yet to play that mode.

I guess the purpose of this thread is to allow people who haven't played the game yet to see what it's like. :)

There are other ways to distribute downloadable content besides through the built-in download system. SoA can't do everything SoJ does which is why they took out the import character from PSU system...

Well someone had mentioned that it took more than 90 runs to get an agito repca so I assume the rarity of the psycho wand is on the same level. I have yet to find it myself. :(

Not only that, but I believe it also has a very high damage multiplier which makes it pretty devastating. I have yet to get my hands on that PA in the portable version, must get!

I'm pretty sure the missing download option on the main menu was an indication of the absent "DLC launcher engine". We don't know for sure whether or not the game can detect additional content files...
