I'm guessing the pics.ppk has the command to make snapshots enter the BMP folder when created. So make the 'BMP' folder in the same place where the pics.ppk folder is located in, if that doesn't...

So when you said "game files", did you mean the .exe, the uninstaller and stuff that were not in a folder?

Did you create the folder in the Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst folder in your hard drive or are you talking about a desktop folder where you've placed your game shortcuts in?

You have to name the folder 'BMP' and make it in the Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst folder.
