I searched the PSO World Database for these weapons but couldn't find them. Unfortunately a power surge screwed me over therefore I can't remember the stats and such. But look for these items

Luck has nothing to do with it. You're on normal, nothing REALLY good drops till very hard or ultimate, sometimes Hard. Try leveling up before you start looking for rares.
