My brother's computer had the same message when he tried the game. The file check option detected nothing wrong and we tried with administrator rights to no avail.

Most likely each time a new version of the patches comes out you'll have to use the file check option in the launcher to revert to clean files and then you place the new ones in.

I've bought AC over 2 weeks ago and yet nothing as been billed. Just so you know some banks have a policy or a law that if a company/something doesn't charge you in 15 days the fee is voided....

The blue bar never moved for me. It just closed the patcher window that appears in 2 mins. It simply finished it in one move :D Next thing i knew tada! it was done!
